This is effectively a ranting journal, although it may come out more like complete gibberish; we shall have to see.

Ok, dA related stuff...well, I took a look at the welcome forum today, I figured I would go meet and greet some newbies. The first five on my list were self-proclaimed manga artists. I'm not a snob I swear, but even I do not call myself a manga artist because I am not good enough yet, and these people...well if that stuff ever got into a manga, I'd cry. I really would. Please, newbies, you are not manga artists. You are artists that are...er..."attempting" to draw in a manga style. Not the same thing.

Let's see...um, a few upturns in my life. I have a job, which is almost paying for my rent each month without needing to even use my loan. I actually do have the ability to attract someone of the opposite sex apparently (who knew), and frankly that's kept me happy and will do for a long time to come.

Also, I've won two gaming tournaments this week, the one today worth £20 in vouchers, the other worth nothing except the fact that I not only won, but by a large margin, winning every single round. The one today was Call of Duty 4 Free-for-all and the other was a Halo 3 mixed Free-for-all, in case anyone wondered. I know you all were.

I need another rant...alas, oddly enough, nothing has really annoyed me that much recently.
Scratch that, I just found curry on my shirt, which I was planning to wear tomorrow. Damn.
Also, just noticed that posting a picture of Zekki only resulted in one pageview.

Something is terribly wrong with the world.
